"Organized and professional. Opa is always on time and prepared. They pay a lot of attention to the details, and the buffet not only looks nice, but is functional (menu at the start, food is well marked, nice looking serving dishes, etc).
The food quality is consistently great, and the recipes are creative. Green beans? Nope. Blanched haricot vert, salt, pepper, olive oil and a pinch of chili flakes to make them pop! Some of my other favs are the truffle mac & cheese, Beef Bourguignon, and any of their "Backyard BBQ" dishes. They just don't compare to our other caterers because the dishes are far more creative--like what you'd expect to see on a good restaurant's dinner menu."
